About the Client: 

Café Tropical, the oldest café in Silverlake, Los Angeles, has been serving the community since 1975. Known for its authentic Cuban pastries, strong coffee, and welcoming atmosphere, this neighborhood staple has successfully combined the flavors of traditional Cuba with a modern twist. With a commitment to delivering high-quality products and a genuine customer experience, Café Tropical has become a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.

Campaign:  

The project wrapped up in May 2023; this case study outlines the results of the entire project. Café Tropical came to us to increase awareness of their coffee shop through social media & email marketing.

Scope: 

  • Create content for social media platforms: Instagram & Facebook 

  • Community Engagement: respond to direct messages, comments, and questions received through their social media channels 

  • Create an automated email campaign

Results:  

  • Over 364K impressions on Facebook & Instagram
