After working with multiple social media/brand management companies, we found it difficult to find a team that embodied all of the strengths we were looking for (content creation, strategy, reporting, understanding of brand culture and market, etc). After searching some more, we came across LA Social Karma and decided to give them a shot because they are local to LA  and seemed to be pretty active and knowledgeable in social media brand marketing.
